Anne Burrell
Anne W. Burrell (born on 25th August 1949) is an American TV chef who is a popular personality. She was also an instructor for the Institute of Culinary Education. She hosts Secrets of a Restaurant Chef on the Food Network. Anne Burrell, a Food Network host with spiky blond hair and an ebullient personality, explains how you can cook dishes that are restaurant quality at home, using easy methods. Chef Burrell also worked at several of the city's most prestigious eateries, been studying the Italian food and culture, and competed on Food Network's Iron Chef America. Burrell was born living in New York State's Upstate, discovered a love of cooking. The Culinary Institute of America was the next stage for her after she graduated with the Bachelor of Arts in English and Communications at Canisius College Buffalo NY. I was awed by every minute that I was a student of The Culinary Institute of America she declares. It was hard to study, do or work enough. After graduating Chef Burrell was in Italy for a year, studying at an Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners. Additionally, she worked at La Taverna del Lupo and La Bottega del 30 (a Michelin star restaurant) located in Tuscany. While in Italy she acquired an appreciation for and appreciation for Italian food. This had an enormous effect on the way she thinks about food. Burrell is a part of the Garden of Dreams Foundation Advisory Board which helps brighten the lives of children facing challenges. She is also a Juvenile Diabetic Research Foundation celebrity ambassador. she promotes children with diabetes and awareness. Burrell travels extensively across the United States in her position as both a mentor and an invited speaker, where she talks about her career and love of cooking. In her journey to culinary excellence, Anne has always said I feel very fortunate to share my passion to others.
